Terms of Service

1. The service

• Online timetabling and related features: data entry and import, automatic scheduling, manual adjustment, publishing and calendar feeds, term changes, exams and after-school arrangements, and an open API.

2. Accounts

• Whoever registers must be authorised to act for the school; the school is responsible for activity under its accounts. Keep passwords safe and tell us at once if an account is compromised.

3. Fees and refunds

• The free plan covers the main features; member features are charged at the published price and term. Full refunds are available within 7 days if member features have not been used; otherwise we agree a pro-rata arrangement.

4. Data ownership

• Data entered by the school belongs to the school. We use it only to provide the service and protect it under the Privacy Policy. Schools can export data at any time; after termination we delete it as described there.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, no unauthorised access to other schools' data, and no attacks, scraping or reverse engineering.

6. Availability and liability

• We aim for a stable service and announce planned maintenance. Generated timetables support decisions; schools should review them before publishing. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for effects of using unreviewed results.

7. Intellectual property

• The software, interface, documentation and brand belong to Aiyi; school data belongs to the school.

8. Changes and termination

• We post changes here and announce them in the product; continued use means acceptance. Schools may stop at any time; we may suspend service for breaches.

9. Governing law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; disputes go to the competent court where Aiyi is located.
